Saltwood Castle Visit

Lady Clarke has been very kind and allowed Class 2 to visit her home at Saltwood Castle before half term, where they could see real life examples of moats, gatehouses and other ways castles were constructed to help repel invaders!

Courageous Advocacy Project Raises More Than £1000!

As part of their Courageous Advocacy Project, Class 2 took part in WWF's '100 Miles in March' Challenge. They were tasked with completing 100 miles through running, walking, cycling, swimming, dancing or footballing throughout the month of March whilst collecting sponsorship for their efforts. The class completed 1030 miles and, remarkably, raised £1090.20! As a result, WWF will be adopting an animal on behalf of the class.
