Saltwood Church of England School is a Voluntary-Aided School and as such, the Governing Body acts as the admissions authority for the school. Applications must be made by completing a RCAF on-line or by completing a paper version. If you wish to apply to the school on religious grounds you will need to complete the school’s supplementary information form and return it to the school. The supplementary information form is used in the event of over-subscription.
Timetable for parental appeals
If your child is due to start primary, infant or junior school in 2021 you can appeal between 16 April and 14 May 2021 to guarantee that your appeal will be heard by 16 July 2021. For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 schools days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 schools days of the appeals being lodged.
